Pavilion Housing Vocalise Resident Involvement Guide
Social Landlords are obliged to actively encourage their tenants to participate in the way that the services they deliver are managed and improved. Pavilion achieves this by running a number of focus groups, surveys and structured Consultative Groups.
Pavilion's Resident Involvement Team wanted a range of collateral to help promote the ways in which their tenants can get involved. We worked closely with the Resident Involvement Team to develop a brand that would generate interest in the various schemes that Pavilion offer. This included attending meetings with residents to ascertain their views and opinions. The Vocalise Scheme was successfully launched at Pavilion's Annual Residents' Conference.
The ‘Vocalise’ Guide highlights the different schemes and groups that tenants can participate in and how they can access these opportunities. The design and layout has been put together in a user-friendly way by grouping each scheme into low through to high involvement sections, so people can easily access the area that would most interest them.
As with all the work we do for Housing Associations, we are conscious of accessibility issues for people with poor eyesight or disabilities. The large font and clear layout lends itself to covering these areas.
