In Touch Magazine for Sarsen Housing

The PR and Communications Department at Sarsen Housing asked us to take over the production of their quarterly newsletter to residents, and wanted us to come up with a fresh new look.

We attended a Residents' Focus Group to ascertain what they liked and disliked about their current newsletter. The results pointed us towards a bright 'magazine' style with the use of colourful headings and pull out quotes to draw people into the articles. They wanted something modern and eye-catching that would appeal to a diverse readership.

The overall navigation and layout of the magazine has been improved by introducing clear sections on developments, business news, competitions and residents letters and has been very well received by Residents.
