Sentinel Housing Annual Report 2006
We have worked with Sentinel now since 2000 and have produced previous years Annual Reports for this Basingstoke-based Social Landlord. As with all annual reports they need to highlight the year's achievements from all sections of the organisation along with the financial information for investors and stakeholders.
For Sentinel it has been a fruitful year financially, as well as having huge success from their community involvement schemes and winning a national Customer Service Centre Award.
It's always a great challenge coming up with new themes and concepts each year. For this years theme we focused on neighbourhoods, purely for the fact that Sentinel have implemented an extensive programme of resident involvement events. These events have captured the hearts of the community, which is the heart of what they do.
We created this landscape A4 Report with a UV varnish throughout on the titles and great community images, which included real tenants. The Annual report was printed onto stock taken from sustainable resource to reinforce the company's attitude towards society.
