Tenant Annual Reports
We devise annual reports presenting the relevant information to your tenants, residents and customers in a way that they will accept and read. By engaging them as part of the organisation, we add value to any piece so it is received in the best way possible. In the past this has included strawberry scented annual reports with tenants' recipes in and an annual report produced as a practical kitchen calendar.
Stakeholder and Financial Reports
Tenants don't necessarily want all the information you need to present and your stakeholders don't necessarily need to be sold to with a message. So, we often create individual financial reports and trading statements that are effective and precise.
